The description “Direct” stands for grease separators with direct disposal connection. The version corresponds to the requirements according to EN 1825 and DIN 4040-100.
With grease separators with direct disposal, the waste is extracted from the closed tank through permanently installed pipes on site by the pump connected to the disposal vehicle outside the building.
Cleaning and rinsing are preferably carried out using hot water through the servicing openings.
